Client Brief (Specification)
The starting point for everything is the client brief, which initiates the entire order process. The more precise your specification, the higher the quality of our output. Based on the client brief and the anticipated budget, we select suitable materials and manufacturing technologies for the production of the packaging or display.
Design and Development
Our team of engineers and designers possesses a comprehensive blend of knowledge spanning technology, material properties, design, modern graphics, 3D modeling, spatial reasoning, marketing, and practical experience.
Sampling
Coordination between design, development, and manufacturing is crucial, including the sampling approval process and color confirmation. Naturally, we provide a sample presentation, functional approval of the mockup, material composition, and load testing with the actual products.
Pre-press
Our DTP studio provides complete pre-press preparation, from data checking to final print-ready outputs. An experienced team works with the latest technologies, ensuring correct colour settings, resolution and bleed, and adjusts source files so that the final print on cardboard or corrugated board is sharp, clean and consistent across every production run.
We review and fine-tune all materials, recommend adjustments for optimal results and, thanks to state-of-the-art technology, deliver high-quality printing — quickly, reliably and without unnecessary claims or rework.
Production
Manufacturing begins after mockup approval, color proofing, and confirmation of packaging and assembly. The production team coordinates the order, monitors output at every manufacturing step, and maintains constant communication with the client.
Our capabilities in printing, post-press operations, and other manufacturing methods are virtually unlimited: we use offset printing, the highest quality 6-color UV digital printing, eco-sublimation printing, modern plotters, die-cutting and laminating machines, 3D vacuum plastic forming, laser cutting, high-frequency welding, and other technologies.
Large-Format and Small-Format Printing
We print a wide range of communication media, including billboards, banners (with eyelets), mega boards, truck tarpaulins, display stands, window graphics, vehicle wraps, tarpaulins, large-format photographs and stickers.
We Print on Various Types of Materials:
- Backlit materials: Citylight posters and illuminated advertising.
- Paper (various weights): Posters, prints and photographs.
- Self-adhesive media (paper, films): For boards, vehicles and other applications, with durability ranging from 3 to 10 years.
- Banners: Frontlit banners with single-sided or double-sided printing.
- Canvas: Canvas prints and wallpapers.
- Mesh: Various mesh materials.
Co-packing
We maintain complete control from design and production through to realization at the point of sale. We fill the displays with your products, package them, and deliver them to their specified destinations across the entire EU.
Warehousing
We have 7,500 m2 of production and warehousing space available at the company headquarters in Ostrava and at our branch in Prague.
Logistics
Finished products can be held in stock in our central warehouse and then distributed gradually or simultaneously to the fulfillment locations. Given our capabilities, we are also able to cover deliveries to your international branches across the entire EU.
